What we do

Here at UQU, we represent the diverse interests of students and run services to enhance your daily experience.

From welfare and support to serving up cheap eats, as well as facilitating a vibrant campus culture through hundreds of events, clubs and societies, we’re all about helping you get the most out of your time at UQ.

Why do we do it?

Advocating for and supporting the student community.

We believe every university student deserves access to the support they need to thrive, not just academically, but also socially and mentally. By providing students with meal options, professional support services, exciting events and much more, we’re ensuring students stay happy and healthy.

And with a student executive that is elected by the students leading the way, we actively take on student feedback and new ideas: putting students’ changing needs and preferences first.

Who we are

An an independent organisation with a student executive that is elected by the students, we work hard to ensure the student voice is heard on all university matters.
