UQ Reality Labs (UQRL)

The University of Queensland Reality Labs is a Brisbane-based technology student club catering to both undergraduate and postgraduate students interested in the Extended Reality (XR) space including Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR). We organize a wide variety of events for our members which include educational sessions, networking events, movie nights and more!

The University of Queensland Reality Labs (UQ Reality Labs) is a student-run club providing an inclusive space for students from all backgrounds to learn more about Extended Reality – everything from Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) to Mixed Reality (MR). We organise industry visits to provide you with real-world applications of this emerging technology, networking events and collaborations with several UQ clubs, and even movie nights!

We offer annual memberships which provide you with free access to our club events.

As a not-for-profit association, your support allows us to continue providing everyone an inclusive, fun space to engage and learn more about XR.
